Rui Shuan Pua TCM Practitioner (Acupuncturist, Herbalist)
When I was growing up, my family and I were as likely to see a traditional Chinese medicine
(TCM) practitioner as a Western doctor. For me, TCM is as commonplace as Western
medicine and an option in appropriate situations. Personally, I feel that the Chinese medicine
approach takes a more person-centric view of the patient, being not just about relief from
physical pain or curing an illness. As a TCM practitioner, I recognise the interdependent
nature of physical, mental and emotional aspects of health. I hope to promote holistic well-
being and assist my patients in achieving a better quality of life. I appreciate how TCM offers
me a means to help those that come by my way.
Area of Interest
Mental and emotional health, sleep and digestion issues
Qualification Details

Member of AACMA (Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association)
